Founders Eleanor Eng and her Uncle Harry King

For the past 40 years, the Yangtze China Inn has been serving the
finest gourmet Chinese food in the area. Eleanor Eng first opened the Yangtze with
her uncle Harry King in December of 1957, and with the help of her husband
Jimmy. Through her dedication to have the finest finest food served with the
warmest hospitatlity, the Yangtze established itself as one of the region's most respected
restaurants. Now under 2nd-generation family management, the tradition continues.
